The South wind doth blow

Over the last 2 days Orkney has been going through one of its numerous winter storms. The following videos were taken on Saturday from the Papa Stronsay Pier:

Is it too simplistic to see this as a symbol of the way the Devil attacks Christian souls and seeks to isolate and then destroy them?

Dear Rev. Fr. Michael Mary, F.SS.R.
I have been always fascinated by winter sea storms:
while I came into the world, a sea storm like as the one you have filmed was at its peak!

How absolutely AWESOME!!!! This puts me in mind of growing up in Cape Breton. Our winter storms were much the same. In the meantime, here in the North Eastern United states; we have been innundated with snow. I will take the glory of wind and sea ANY DAY.

As always, the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer are remembered DAILY in my Masses and prayers.

Very nice. Harsh weather is quite interesting. Any anemometer readings?
