A Special Prayer Request
We would like to request prayers from all of our readers for the sister of one of our Brothers. Br. Gerardo Maria's sister is a nun with The Disciples of the Cenacle situated just outside Rome. She has a brain tumor and her condition is rapidly going down hill. We beg your prayers for her, for Br. Gerardo and all her family that God's Most Holy Will my be fulfilled in her and that if it be in conformity with this same Divine Will, she may regain her health and give many more years to His service.

I will begin a novena to the Holy Face for her return to health. Jesus has promised that by presenting the Father His Holy Face with true devotion and faith it is akin to purchasing our good desires with the coin of His realm. I believe strongly that God desires most the sacrifice of praise in true faith above our bodily sacrifice in most circumstances though, of course, always accepting that His Divine Will is always best for us.
Perhaps, others might join in this novena. The prayers of this Devotion can be found on the website of HolyFaceDevotion.com , for those unfamiliar with it. Our God is so generous with us, and all we need to do is ask in faith... He reminds us what faith only so large as a mustard seed is able to accomplish.
