We have had a very positive response to our newly published Papa Stronsay Calendar. The first shipment left the island just over a week ago and the following is a kind message we received by email:
"I just wanted to let you know that we today received "The Catholic" and the beautiful Calendar enclosed with it. I wanted to congratulate you on the excellent production, the very high quality of the photographs, and the tasteful layout. In particular, the photographs for January, February and August are both unusual and revealing, something refreshing to see.
... I wanted to add my voice of encouragement, and urge you to continue to produce this Calendar in future years."
Thank you, we are glad that you liked it!
If you have not yet ordered it is still possible to do so as we printed a few more copies over and above the Catholic subscription list and the already received orders.

Got mine!
ReplyDeleteBought it today off one of your Dads... in Oxford! :P It's BEAUTIFUL!! I want to be you!
Have posted on my blog..
ReplyDeleteAdmittedly a totally irrelevant comment- but what a great aerial photograph of 'Golgotha Monastery on Papa Stronsay' at the foot of your website - truly impressive! I've only just noticed it, I hope that you are not going to tell me that it has been there for months!
ReplyDeleteThe calendar is a visual feast, but also full of useful information on the liturgical year.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for sending one, it's very beautiful as well as very useful.
ReplyDeleteLovely calendars,received today.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks.
Dear Fathers and Brothers,
ReplyDeleteTo my great joy today I have received both the Catholic and the Calendars.
All of your publications are food for the Spirit.

With All Respect

Got mine, too - many thanks. The calendar is truly beautiful and so informative. Great work.
ReplyDeleteDear Fathers and Brothers,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the beautiful calender, which I received on Saturday. I apologize for the late note, as the life of a college student has kept me quite busy. But I wanted to drop you a note to let you know I have looked over the beautiful calender and I love it very much. Keep up the good work, especially for those souls who can't make it to Mass or the Sacraments even through no fault of their own!
