Although it is noble to pray for anyone, I am rather disturbed you should wish an outcome contrary to the evidence in such an awful matter.

Are you suggesting that you know Bishop Finn is innocent even though he has admitted to grave mistakes, or is there another specific reason why you are praying for him? These are genuine questions from me.

Wouldn't it also have been appropriate to offer prayers for those who had been abused?
